Sequencing against the live board
Slot 2 is the natural first build: it needs no retrain (priors are inferenceinferenceRunning the trained model on new input to get predictions, as opposed to training, which produces the model. A Who's On First gazetteer can feed soft location hints into the pass, but the model makes the final call on every label.
